My son fell by the pool & busted his chin open. We stopped into Memorial Hermann because it was close & with the name, expected quality care. The guy at the front desk was rude & acted impatient with us. When the nurse came out, he told her he had just added our son into the system for a laceration to the chin. The nurse picked up a paper & without stopping said, "It's going to be awhile for the laceration." She never stopped to see how old my son was, how much pain he was in, or do anything to make him more comfortable. When we asked the guy at the front desk how long he thought it would be, he threw his arms in the air & said, "I don't know," again acting impatient & rude. We left shortly after & went to another ER facility.
I realize there is usually a wait in emergency rooms; however, there was no one else in the waiting room & it was 8:00 at night on a Sunday. Regardless, there is never a reason to be rude or uncompassionate. That is the last thing you expect from caregivers. We were not acting impatient or hysterical. I'm highly disappointed with our experience at Memorial Hermann. We will not be back, nor will we recommend them.

Called the ER and the lady did not speak English well and did not understand plain English.
Manager at the ER wouldn't answer the phone. So if you called to find out if a love one is at this ER you are out of luck.

Fell off my horse and went here hoping to figure out how bad it was. They were super kind , service was fast, the place was clean, and it was nice to have doctors actually take my pain seriously (3when sitting, 9when standing). Such personable and professional staff, they were also kind to my guests/escorts (since I couldn't walk). Left with the right meds, crutches, and copies of paperwork. Everything so easy! If you need a hospital in the Woodlands go here :)

Excellent. Thank God they a CT Scan there. I had a very serious brain injury and had no idea, they caught it.

Pain level going in was 7-9/10 gave me pain meds. Pain was still a 7-9. Discharged me saying if the pain got worse to come back. As they were discharging me I said the pain had gone up to a solid 9 and could not get off the hospital bed with out help. Told me to take Motrin and discharged me. Beyond unhappy and not satisfied with what they trybtobpass as "pain management".
