I have been going to Audrey Williams for the past couple of years and I can attest that she is a fantastic stylist! She has been in the business for a LONG time and she knows exactly what she's doing. I have fine hair and she knows exactly how to cut it to make it look thick and full. She's very professional and personable (with a great sense of humor!). I have 3 friends that get their hair colored by her and they look beautiful. I would highly recommend her for a fabulous cut and/or color!

I've been a client of Penny's for years. I've tried some other stylists just to switch it up from time to time and I always come back to Penny. She's reliable, flexible, and a wonderful person who cares about her clients. Other salons were much too snotty for me.

I have been going here for years working with stylist Lisa Keisweter. I usually bring her a grossly overgrown mess to deal with and get a fabulous cut and color every time. Working with my curly hair isn't something anyone can do and I've found lots of folks in town that can't deal with it. Lisa makes me look great and lots of people ask me who cuts my hair.

This salon has a bunch of stylists who run their own business. Betty Janzen is an amateur charging at a professional price. I am beyond livid about my experience. First off, I drove AN HOUR to get to this place, only to find out Betty has failed to properly put me in her schedule and was surprised to see me waiting there at 10am. I was about to walk out and not even consider a re schedule. That was just terribly unprofessional and embarrassing on her end. She ended up somehow being able to take me at noon. So to clearly state this, I WAITED TWO HOURS...and guess what! Another gal walks in and I strike up conversation with her while I wait, she was there to see Betty for a Brazillian Blowout at noon. HMMMMM.... The stylist comes out and little do you know she scheduled this other Gal for the same day however had no recollection of it. We BOTH showed her the text messages of her confirming our appointments and she just gave us excuses as to why it was weird how that happened when she had clearly responded and confirmed our appointments. UNPROFESSIONAL. The other girl moved her appointment because she lived in town while I lived 52 miles away. Betty half ass-ed every aspect of my appointment. I hate my highlights. They look like I did them myself and frankly I feel as if I would have done a better job!! There are DOTS of color, they look ORANGE, and it is only the roof top of my head. They don't even look like highlights as much as it looks like a layer of orange on the top of my head. I want to cry about it just writing this. IM AFRAID TO GO BACK TO HER TO GET IT FIXED. I AM ON THE VERGE OF BOX COLORING IT MYSELF! To keep the rest of this as short as I can, she did a good job on the first 15 minutes of straightening my hair for the Brazillian Blowout, however when she realized that she had yet another appointment coming up, she began to go quicker and half ass the rest of my hair. In the end, I took her straightener and was doing my own hair. If that doesn't say something I don't know what does. The whole event took 8 HOURS OF MY DAY. 2 FOR WAITING, 2 FOR DRIVING, 4 FOR THE APPOINTMENT THAT WAS MIS QUOTED ON TIME, MAKING ME 2 HOURS LATE TO WORK. I tipped her but I shouldn't have. She is unprofessional, makes excuses, drops everything, ANSWERS HER PHONE IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING YOUR HAIR, has only been doing this for five years, and I don't think this experience I had today was worth a single cent out of my broke pocket. Save yourself the stress and money. Go somewhere else. ---------------- The blowout is only supposed to last three months. I had very long hair, tight curls, and a YEAR LATER, my hair will not grow and the curls are now simply frizz that wont curl nor go straight and my hair keeps falling out. I hate my hair. I hate everything about this salon. and I do not recommend for anyone. It amazes me they haven't been sued yet.

I had a terrible experience at this salon! I went in with a Groupon deal to get a cut, color, and brazilian blowout. When I walked in the lady who I had the appointment with was late because she had to go to the beauty supply beforehand. My hair is dark brown and I wanted it colored to light brown. She placed the dye in and then when she washed it out and removed the towel my hair was ORANGE literally! She said she needed to redue it. She did it a second time and then it was RED! Then she said she needed to add toner to it, finally after a third time it was decent but not what I wanted. This whole process took 2 1/2 hours. Then she started on my brazilian blowout that took another 2 hours. I finally had to walk out because I needed to be at work and had been there for 4 1/2 hours! She sent me home with product to put in my hair. They only have a card reader that connects to the Iphone so when I payed she couldnt print me a receipt only email it. When I got to my car and sat down I realized there was hair dye all over my pants!!! When I told them about it all they said was to try to put hair spray on it. I never got my reciept emailed to me and ended up calling 3x before I got a call back and by then it had finally cleared with my bank. This was by far the worse experience at a salon I have ever had! I wouldnt recommend this place.
