Alfredo was hired along with a work colleague of his to do hair and makeup for our wedding. The entire experience with them was a disaster from no organization and bad customer service to not finishing their job. My mother in law and sister in law where left with with no make up and hair due for the entire wedding. I understand there was some altercation within the process due to a lack on his part and not starting on brides maids as they came in. He sat around and waited as apparently he booked times for other brides maids, but never informed me and my wife about it. After this altercation they both decided to leave when there was still plenty of time to do something about my mother in law and sister in law. He didn’t care, this was one of the most important days in our life and he still left. Still while at our honeymoon he was messaging my wife and basically told her he didn’t appreciate what happen and that he would never do her hair again. Instead of looking at his mistakes he decided to play the victim. I’m sorry, but the way things where handled on his part is unprofessional. I understand his work is good, but I think this should be share and I hope he learns from this experience as we have. Thank you.

Ashely is hands down the best nail tech I have been to. She is super fun and easy to talk to while getting nails done to make time go, pays attention to detail, and has amazing prices! Highly recommend booking with her!

I called to ask about an appointment and halfway through my asking a question they hung up on me. Never going to call this place again.
