I received a Groupon for a mani/pedi package for my birthday. After reading another review about a bad experience with their Groupon I decided I would stop in and see for myself. I knew I had to make an appointment as the Groupon clearly states that on the bottom which mind you I wasn’t looking for anything until next week for my brother’s upcoming wedding. I was greeted less than friendly as if I had interrupted the employee. Not even a hi how are you. I proceeded to explain that I had the Groupon and was no sooner cut off and told I needed to make an appointment and there was nothing available for
today. Which I calmly explained I understood and wasn’t looking for today. No sooner did I mentioned my mother also wanting to come along was I immediately shut down. “OH NO, I only take one person at a time and that’ll be four hours. You’ll be here for 4 hours.” Now, if I was the employee you’d think you’d want more customers and want to get us in. Just the opposite. Even if the services were good, I would NOT want to sit with that woman for longer than 5 minutes let alone 4 hours. That’s poor costumer service. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. Why would you post a Groupon if you don’t want to provide the service? Sounds like a scam to me.

For the many times i have been coming here, I have always had Anne do the hair dressing and highlights. She is such a great expert in hair styling.

This place is wonderful. Annie is very personable and I received the best mani pedi that I’ve had in a long time.
