I came here on a Saturday mid afternoon (1230) without an appointment. Originally wanted a mani and a pedi. Waited 30mins ( as expected) to be helped with a pedi all in while telling the lady I now want a full set. She proceeds to work on my feet. 10 mins in, I asked her who was going to work on my hands. She asked her neighboring coworkers about who will actually be helping me, then proceeds to tell me that she will ask. Waited another 20mins., and the lady working on my feet said that she will ask again because there are only 2 ppl. that works on acrylic. I didn't understand what she asked the other person that does acrylics (who seems to understandand and speak English fluently), but I felt that she didn't want to help me and suggested that Chris to help me. Talk about feeling unwanted right?!?! She proceeds to ask Chris in their native tongue and then tells me that Chris wont be available until four and asked if I can come back. I said No and then it was suggested that I come back on Sunday which I turned down also. I've had disappointing experiences with other nail salons but never something like this. I saw good reviews to this place and it was close to my house, so I thought it was worth trying out. But, nope! Definitely not going back.

They cut the skin around my toe nails 4 times. The pedicure nail tech put medicine and the manicure said “it happens”. I understand one time its ok, but 4 times it’s called malpractice. The manicure was very uncomfortable, I am an older lady and they had me putting both hands to one side. After 5 minutes it isn’t something nice, there is no support for one of your arms and it feels numb. Not coming back.

I called Lee's Magic Nails for a last minute appointment because I secured all of the things I needed for my flight, but not my nails. They were very nice to give me an appointment within 2 hrs, and off I went. I needed mani and pedi, and had different nail techs for each. Both were nice and took their time to do a good job. The person who was doing my pedicure was thorough and it was great until she started using the cuticle cutter to cut skin from under my big toe nail. I was in pain, and honestly, I thought I would come out of there with 2 very infected toes. Thankfully that didn't happen, I would advice to please don't try to find/cut skin that I didn't even know was there. The person doing my manicure was very nice too, she was very detailed oriented and really wanted to do a good job. I wanted a palm tree design and she hesitated a few times because she had never done it before. It was funny when a few other nail technitians came over to see the design and one was brave enough to try it. It was a great approximation from what I showed them.

$50 for gel acrylics. Very nice technicians, hence the 2nd star, but honestly worst set I've ever gotten. I was gonna keep it to myself but it's not been a week and my misshaped nails are lifting...

Place is clean. Can be hard to find parking spot so plan accordingly.
