I never been to a nail salon where u don't get nothing u pay for than call to complain and they hang up in your face while telling them about your experience..queen the professional she says she is did my nails and eyebrows. My nails are not smooth she got an attitude when I mentioned a nail that needed a little fixing. I went to look for a color and she took the nail holder and spinner it and said we have a lot of nail colors as if I wasn't spinning it already looking for a color. I just told her u don't have to paint them. She didn't even put clear polish on it. I'm sorry but this nail salon shouldn't be up and running. It's not sanitary the brushes they expect you to use when washing your nails are filthy. This place is going to cause someone to get sick bland a lawsuit. This deserves no stars not one!!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST service ever rendered! The shop itself is unsanitary. They never clean their pedicure machines and use the same utensils on each peon with using sterilization techniques! They, ESPECIALLY the owner Queen is very arrogant and does not give you what your money is worth. I will NEVER nor will I ever recommend Queens Nails not even to animal let alone any human!
