I can only say but great things about the owner place and product, I love this place and the girls that work here and the nails I can even explain how detailed and perfect they look! It’s funny how I been coming here to New York Style nails for nearly a year and 2 months and I have nothing but great things to say!! I love ❤️ this place and I will never ever go to no other place

Owner is really professional I called for a appointment today and even though they were really busy and is hard to get a open slot here she squeezed me in! Only for that I’m thankful for! Now my nails look beautiful I love them, great experience will be back in 2 weeks for my fills and recommend to everyone.

I don’t know how this place is in business and how it hasn’t been reported to the BBB. Go to Dragon Fly Nail Salon instead.
First time I went I got my nails done at New York Style Nails and they looked really good. That’s the only nice thing I have to say. I booked an appointment at 10pm two weeks later and called at 2:30pm the day of my appointment to double check. I show up at 9:45pm. Business is dark, door is locked. I call the business and I get no response. I send several texts to the Google
business number listed on google. No response. I wait til 10:08pm and leave. What a waste of time. It’s an unprofessional environment and the salon is dirty. I question why I even booked a second appointment. Also, the “European” acrylic is just a lie. Mas (the owner) likes to say that to make it seem special and fancy. It’s a bunch of bull.
Edit: So August 14th was my first appointment. Mas made time for me which was cool and let me inside. The next texts are for my scheduled appointment, on Wednesday at 10pm. No response. I stood at the desk when you wrote my name in for my appointment.

I will start off by saying that the owner is exceptional! Never had such great educational conversation with such a bright individual, she is very down to earth friendly and great to talk to I will say she is a very intelligent person! Next my nails are absolutely beautiful my coffins are perfectly shaped my design is beautiful. My pedicure was done by the manicurist by the name Evi, I will begin to say I have never had such a detailed pedicure in my life, I made every 2 weeks recruitment appointments because they are both very busy! I definitely recommend NEW YORK STYLE NAILS to everyone! I you want extraordinary nails and pedicure come to New York style nails! They are the best nail salon in Cleveland. They are open 7 days a week open til midnight and best rated! And the only salon that I have walk into that has the most gel polish, do to they only work with gel polish and prices are included in the price!!love you guys🥰

This was absolutely where most ratchett and rude customer service experiences I have ever experience. I was 3 minutes late and they cancel my appointment and lock the door. I looked online to see if they were just that busy and could not accommodate any cause I was 3 hold mins late But they haven't tired day available online this place is dirty and side and a scam I shambly encourage people to avoid this experience
