I have been to many nail salons before, but I got to admit that Retreat Nails & Pedispa at Cinco Ranch is my most FAVORITE nail salon to go to. They are located right next to Starbucks, which I can have my favorite cup of coffee while enjoying a friendly atmosphere and getting my mani and pedi done.
By the way, the new “3D flowers” design that just came out, it looks AMAZING!!!!!
For those who will be your first time there, make sure to ask for Ivy, I can promise you that you won’t be disappointed! I definitely will go back!!!!

The staff is very rude, they had a bad attitude with me today, the manicurist did not want to explain the treatments offered, she looked upset the whole time. I talked to the ‘Manager’ about my complains and I felt that she did not take them serious. I’m planing no to come back.

PAIN dug into the side of my nail even though I said NOT TO DO THAT place is looking old and tired. seats are really uncomfortable. the TOXIC odor from whatever chemicals they use, one time I just walked in and walked back out. This time, there was no one in the place (front door locked) and the women who did my pedicure dug into the side next to my nail making it bleed. it still hurts . paint choices very slim.
so many new places coming on line, this one is jus not up to par.
