Penny's is a great place for clothes! My friend and I found the best sales! I'm sure I spent a lot less for so much more! The quality of the clothes, versus the cost is a great deal! The employees, although it was a busy day, were all smiling, and sharing the joy of the day. Definitely, Penny's is a great place to shop. 😀

The customer service rep who helped me at JC Penney was so helpful! She found me very quickly and gave some expert advice on how to take advantage of a promo they were running. I saved 60%! I would recommend this store to anyone.

I returned a gift and the process simple and quick. Then I shopped during a really good sale and found two shirts and a pair of shoes in my size that can be a challenge sometimes. JC Penney always has the best selection for Big & Tall. I definitely appreciate this store.

I have been picking up clothes here for several years that I have purchased online. I am 6 ft and their professional slacks, jackets, button up shirts and suits are wonderful, long enough, and reasonably priced. I stopped in to pick up a couple of bras, which I hate shopping for (same with all clothing) because I am a weird size. The woman in the bra department showed me a few that I would never have chosen on my own and they are perfect. Just having someone as customer service in that department was a great help. Thank you.

Some people nice! Store is not very accommodating and say they have good deals But u got To Read the Very Very Small Fine Print and then they interrupt it to suit them.
The young people helping was very nice.
