Sometimes there are too many of the toppings added. So much that it outweighs the tea itself. But other than that this is a very good, friendly establishment and the tea is very tasty.

Wonderful combinations of teas and toppings and tastes great! The closest one is 45 minutes away from me but it makes the trip to the mall worth it :)

Wow. I stopped by Pittsburgh for a quick trip and of course, had to stop by Chatime! My favorite drinks are the fruity ones, and they did not disappoint. Also, I LOVE their boba. Perfect ratio.

Great tea selection and infinte combinations of toppings! Can't wait to try them all! So glad we have a Bubble Tea shop in the area!
