Went there for the first time after a recommendation and I loved it! I had Katie, she was really sweet, friendly, and knew what she was doing! Very knowledgeable and gave great styling tips afterwards. Highly recommend!

I loved it! Katie was super great, she did an awesome job with my hair and even styled it up for me because my boyfriend and I are going out later!

After my color service, she dried and brushed my hair. I was charged $18 for this, but didn’t consent to it beforehand. If I had known drying my hair cost that much I would have left with wet hair. She also told me that I’d gotten 50% off of everything, so I left a very generous tip on what I thought the total was before discount. When I read the detailed receipt I found out I didn’t get a discount on a few of the services, so I doubled my tip for no reason. I feel like the very generous tip I gave was not deserved once I saw that I was charged for additional services. I won’t be back because I feel that the charges are shady. Very disappointing.
Edit after response from owner: you can’t say that I was only charged $8, because I had a coupon. If you didn’t charge me for the drying then I would have still had the coupon. It was just disappointing for me when I shared my concerns with you that you didn’t offer anything to make it right. She did a wonderful job with my hair but as a result of a misunderstanding I won’t be back. I would have assumed that you would have wanted to fix it so I could remain a client. Have a nice day.
