Super friendly. Quick but high quality. The waiting to be seen was the longest part but that was worth the wait. Expected from a super popular place. Will definitely go again!!

I went to get a pedicure with my sister tonight. My experience at this nail spa was nothing like I have ever experienced anywhere in my entire life. I have never had anyone talk to me the way the nail tech spoke to me tonight! First she asked if she could trim my toenails and I said sure just a little. She cut them all the way to the nail bed! Then She scolded me twice because my foot wasn’t relaxed enough for her to do the massage. The first time I apologized.. the second time she pointed out that my toes should be pointing down instead of up. I tried to explain to her that my toes grew that way after I broke them a few years ago, but she continued to scold me and said I was purposely sticking my toes upward.... i told her if you can’t massage them it’s okay, we can skip that part and she said it’s not me it’s you. I can do this but you aren’t doing it right... seriously. I have never been so insulted before in my life. Then she scolded me again because I wiggled my toes while she was trying to put my shoe on freshly polished toes. Like why wouldn’t you put the shoes on before you paint the toes?? But anyway. I have been here before and the service was fine when I had a different person, but after tonight I probably won’t be back. I have had tons of pedicures and I have never had anyone talk to me and treat me this way before. She was so rude to me and embarrassed me so bad and I did not leave her a good tip. I started not to tip at all but I tried to take the high road. You don’t talk to customers that way and then expect them to tip you.

It is a wonderful place to relax and have a pedicure or manicure. I love the Royal treatment and the massage that goes with it!

I am by no means a regular- usually only get my nails done for a special occasion. But every time I’ve been to Serenity Nail spa, I’ve had a great experience. Everyone there has always been friendly to me, and I always walk away very satisfied.

My wife and I visited Serenity nail spa today. I thought it was a good value for quality service. We both had the Signature Pedicure which was only $31 and included a paraffin treatment.
