I love this place!!! They're absolutely amazing and I feel so relaxed and enjoy my nails so much!! Thank you for always making me feel happy! I love y'all with my whole heart. 😍😘

Terrible customer service. Rushed. Stupid high price. DONT LET 4 STARS FOOL YOU. New to the area so I looked up 'nails salon near me' and this high-star rated business popped up. BIG MISTAKE. I took my mom there for a manicure and a pedicure as well as a pedicure for myself. There were 2 couples there and they were limited. Understanding we waited the 30 minutes for service. My mom wanted her natural nails with white tip but the lady forgot and cut all of it off. We had to get her fake nails. My pedicure was NOT RELAXING. She cut hair from my foot with out asking! They had my mom in the manicure table, not in the pedicure chair with back massages and hot water (don't they usually do them at the same time or at least in the same area if it's a pedicure?) We got to the end and one couple WAS STILL THERE. They took their time with them but rushed us. I made a fuss but my mom reluctantly paid. Nancy (store owner) did nothing to help us or insure we were okay. Seemed like all they wanted to do is leave before closing time even when we got there 2 hours before closing. Don't come here.
There was no mistreatment or yelling from me. We paid the amount within 2 minutes. We will never come here again.

I went to this place because my original nail tech was out of town. It’s katy nails and spa 77084! The best! Any who... the nail tech told me that my nails was terrible. My nails before her was thick! Growing healthy! And plus was not Lifting up! For the first time. When she did my nails, After a week my nails looked horrible and was not like my original tech. Also I’m horrible with my nails and get them done every three weeks with my tech! I will tell you my babies will last with my tech! They was healthy enough were I really didn’t need to get my nails done! That’s what made me go to Katy nails and spa 77084! But the lady here was very nice but I would never let her do my nails. She thin them out and my nails looks like I need a feel in already! Horrible! She may be nice and sweet but she do not know how to do nails at all! She is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Promise I love my money worth and the Katy nails and spa is where you should go! Only a couple of blocks from this shop!
