Made an appointment because that's the only way you can be seen. Apparently there's only 2 people that work here. We show up to our scheduled appointment with a picture of how my wife wants her nails done. A simple painted design was all she wanted extra. They refused the appointment saying she should have told them she wanted that to start with (she told them she wanted a set removed and a brand new one put on due to shoddy work from another place). Mind you, the design she wanted was only one nail, not the entire set.
Ended up going somewhere else and they did all the work and even added an extra design in under 45 minutes, flawlessly.
If you want a place where they don't only have one out of two people specializing in a certain action, you should probably go elsewhere.

First time going. Did a very thorough and detailed job. Amazing gel-powder nails and explained the whole process. Sweet couple. Call for an appt.
