I got a pedicure here. My pedicure itself was very good. The polish job was ok but not great.

Terrible service. Came here today because this place is close to my job. I asked for a pedicure and was given a basic one not offered any other type. It was quick so I had no problem. Then I was told to wait 5 minutes for one of the male employees to finish with another customer before starting my hands. I had no problem. 35 minutes went by and I asked the lady who did my pedicure when someone will help me. She told me everyone is busy I have to wait. Mind you, this guy is sitting on his phone and has been done with his customer for 15 minutes now. I told her I only have an hour left before I have to be at work and asked how much longer I will have to wait. She asked if I can come back later. I said I've been waiting 40 minutes now and you told me 5 minutes 35 minutes ago. She laughed. So I asked again how long will i have to wait? She said 30 min. I'm trying to figure out why I wasn't told this when I walked in there were 4 staff members not working and now I have to wait even though I came before everyone? Please do not waste your time coming here. The manager just watched the entire thing, said nothing, and made no attempt to resolve the situation. Terrible customer service.

I brought my mom here today because she’d been asking me to take her to get a pedicure for a while. Unfortunately our experience here was not pleasant. My moms nail tech talked too much. She was gossiping with other coworkers, making comments about how rough my moms feet were (that’s really rude to say about someone), and she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. My moms feet are not well done, she seemed upset that my mom was choosing a different color for her toes than for her nails, she chastised my mom for having too short nails. That’s not what i came here for. I brought my mom here to make her feel good, i don’t need a stranger making her feel bad. That’s very rude and disrespectful and she half assed her job. When she did her manicure, she cut her cuticles so short my mom was actually bleeding midway the manicure and she stopped our manicures midway to ask if i could pay upfront as if i wasn’t going to pay after the service was done. Overall it was a bad customer service experience and i paid $70 to put my mom through something so embarrassing. The only reason i am giving them two stars is because my nail technician actually did a good job on me. But again, i came here for my mom and i feel she was mistreated.

Sometimes a bit unorganized. Always something when you go..either workers arguing with each other or workers arguing with clients. Appointments almost always mean nothing but Tru is the best nail tech.

Tech who knew I was next purposely walked past me and asked everyone else who’s next?
I thought that was extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager then argued that I wasn’t waiting for 30 minutes when clearly I was. I refused to give their business my money after their lack of customer service and remorse.
