Had to change nail shops. I've only been twice, and had two different techs. Both times were great and I like the results. I also liked the fact that my natural finger nail and natural toe nails were done. They offered tips and I declined. They listened the first time. I appreciated that.

First time coming here. Very pleased and everyone was nice and helpful. Kim done an excellent job with my nails and lashes. She's my new nail tech and this is my new spot😊 This pic is 3days after service. Please ignore my ashy hands....lol😂

I really enjoy this nail bar. This is my second visit and both times I have been genuinely pleased. Pedicure, overlay nails and eyebrow wax. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

My experience was horrible! I went in for a basic gel pedicure and was there for and 1hr and 35 mins. The first guy didn’t understand anything I was asking him I told him to keep my nails squared as they already had been and he cut my toenails down to the nub. Then the lady had to step in to try and give the nail some shape and I told her I didn’t tell him cut at all so why would he do that. Then he wouldn’t get the dead skin off from around my toes. I kept saying hey you see this dead skin please cut it off. He left cuticles messy and everything. She also had to do the “cleaning part.” By this time I had already been in the chair an hour. She said it’s a misunderstanding. I say well now my entire freaking toenail is gone. And I’m letting her know I am pissed. She puts another guy on my pedicure and he finishes and was very sweet. I tell her I want them to take $10 off the pedicure she says for what. Ma’am not only have I been here for almost 2 hrs. The guy didn’t do anything I asked him to do and you had to step in to try and fix what he messed up. Also the toenails he cut to the quick are gone and the mfs not gone magically reappear. I didn’t get the design I wanted because my freaking toenails were too short for it. She says $10 is too much I will take off $5. I wanted to just walk out at that point but I was not going to be getting the police called on me for $40. I will never go here again and if I could leave a zero star review I would. One of the worst pedicure experiences I have ever had.

Although the staff was nice….. this was thee worst pedicure and gel manicure I’ve ever had in my life. $75 down the drain. After 2.5 hrs and 3 attempts to correctly apply polish to my toes and fingernails. I left disappointed. This simply should not happen. It’s a shame. I will NEVER spend another dollar in these sub-par, non-chalant, un-skilled, untrained, unprofessional, untalented, over-priced, low quality, under whelming “nail shops”.
