I'm considered a "re-do guest" but my color and haircut was not done by a stylist at Marshall's- it was done 3 days prior at another local salon.
I was scheduled with AMY and she did exactly what I asked for. We had a great consultation, she asked all the right questions, her timing with the services was great- around 3hrs, the toner she selected is beautiful- even with the previous colors, and my haircut is what I initially asked for. She exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with my hair now! Thank you Amy, your great!!!!! I wish I would have found you the first time!

Got my hair highlighted and cut. My stylist was nice, but trash talked another employee with a fellow hair stylist(while doing my hair), they went out and smoked while I was "processing" so smelled like cigarettes when she got back . She questioned my hair color requests,and I had to give a 5 min explanation on why I wanted a certain color before she would agree to do it. Then after finishing my hair, there were significant bleed lines when I was looking at it. I said something, and she said she would fix it. So after 15 minutes of sitting, my hair looked "better" but still obviously not blended or fixed. I washed my hair 2 days after the apt. And found 14 more areas where there were jagged foil marks, or places where the color didn't go to the root(or even close to it) I paid over $200 for my hair to be done, and when I find that many mistakes in my hair, how can I trust that same person to do my hair again, when she let me walk out like that the first time? I'm so embarrassed just going to work, and afraid to even put my hair up certain ways because of how poorly it was done. Really disappointed with this. When I contacted the salon they said they would have the owner call me, and I still haven't heard anything. She did do a great job CUTTING my hair. So that's why they get 2 stars, I'm super happy with my cut.

I have been a customer for many, many years! Regina has worked in several shops and I have followed her to each one!
