I've been going to Donna Spa Salon for years and I'm just so amazed by how well she does hair. Today she did my mother's and I's hair and make up for a wedding trial, and we couldn't of been any happier the way it turned out ! You truly get pampered when your there.

Was very disappointed...
They were 45 minutes late getting me in for my appointment.
They ended up charging me $20 more than what they had originally quoted me for the hair color.
They also charge an extra $10-$20 if they blow-dry your hair... even after I had told them not to blow dry it because I had already been there 3 hours for just a highlight and needed to get home.
Ended up walking out of there paying $35.00 MORE than I was planning (so if they say $65...plan on $100).
My hair was not even colored correctly and you could still see 1/2 inch roots on my part, and some blonde spots as well.
When I tried to talk to the owner about it she just treated me as if I were below her, and made every excuse she could for these issues instead of trying to fix them.
I understand that mistakes will be made...but this seemed a bit much. I would not recommend this place.
