I don't get my nails done often, it happens when I want to treat myself. I only go to this salon because they know how to do them in a way I will like. I wanted to try a design online that I had a picture of and it was no problem at all she even put in some suggestions to make it look like the design I wanted.

I went today to get my nails done for my cousin's wedding. I had very limited amount of timed to spend at the salon due that I had to work. i had an specific design I wanted to get done and I showed the lady what I wanted and she said she could do it. The design was simple and it does not look like it should take more than 45 minutes to do. I knew from the beginning I was not going to like the work she was doing. She was completely careless to what she was doing and spent most of her time talking to her coworker than paying attention to what she was doing. She ended up cutting 4 of my fingers which I bleed from for a couple of minutes and the result was completely unworthy the money. the nails were super thick and look like a 4-year-old made them. To say I'm unsatisfied is an understatement. ( here are the pictures of what I was expecting and what i got)

I love this place!!! The techs are all amazing and super friendly and the owners are very involved :)

My regular place closed early, so i came here. They don't have a big color choice. I asked how long the wait was they said 5 mins. Yeah they sat me down and soaked my feet for 20mins so far. I have not even left yet. At this point i have to wait. They also only have 5 techs.
