What a great experience!! I bought a phone from here and a sales rep was so helpful. She answered all of my dumb questions and helped me to set up all the necessities for my phone. I give 5 star for you service!

They were out of over 50% of their phones on display. Asked if i could get a discount on a different phone than what i had my heart set on that was out of stock since the phone i would have to get instead was $80 more. No compromise. No satisfying the customer after their poor restocking practices. Dont bother with these con artists at this trash store.

Very happy with the service here Monica has very good experience with customer relations she is an asset to this location if she's a manager she's great if not she should be one works very well with the customer and customer complaints defective merchandise almost cost at this location to customer but with Monica's help we left happy and looking forward to coming back!

Always knowledgeable great staff! They fix phone issues, educate customers or accept payments very quickly!
