I visited this shop for first time today. The man was so very rude. I proceeded to very nicely tell him that if he did not want to do my refill he could say so and I would leave. All I wanted is a refill and he wanted me to take off and redo. He came and started working on my nails and was explaining to me that he has 20 years experience and why I need to take off and not refill. Then he said to me since you do not want to spend the money I will do it anyway and not charge you full price. I was shocked, it was not about the money it was about time and black is black powder all I wanted was a simple refill. After he was done THEY LOOK TERRIBLE. I have sides with no black powder he left hard pieses I had to go and file away and he left it to big for my cuticles on some and I had to fix that as well. He was rude to the lady next to me. I had never been here before and I was looking for a nail shop to go to in Montgomery. I will still be looking and will not ever come here again due to how very rude this man was

I've had my eye brows waxed perfectly and quickly with no appointmen or complaints. The pedicures feel amazing, thorough and hold up a while.
