Very clean and awesome service. I told the lady what I wanted and she did and awesome job. My husband got a pedicure and he said his person did very well. I will definitely be coming back.

LONG REVIEW!!!!!! THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE REVIEW... Will add an UPDATED review each time I go with new pictures!!
I have been getting my nails done for more than 4 years now. I first got a full set from another salon, and been getting gel powder refills, ever since.
A friend of mine highly recommend Zen Nails!! I am a very nervous and anxious person. I went and gave them a chance.
I made an appointment. Person who answered the phone sounded very nice and polite.
Next, I pull up, and see the shopping center where the Zen Nails is located; it was very nice looking.
Went inside and HOLY COW... SO CLEAN AND WELL KEPT !!!
This made me happy. I was very worried about this. Someone greeted me as soon as I opened the door, and simultaneously someone asked me if i was the person whom had called, and I told her yes.
She asked me sit down, and asked me what I needed done today. Once I responded, she handed me their color wheel stand of the colors for the dip.
They have a large variety of colors for all nail style methods (gel, acrylic, dip etc.).
Along with looking professional, and being spectacularly clean; the place did not smell of!
Such a relief. I am sensitive to smells, and that was wonderful to leave without a headache for once.
The entire time I have a millions questions, and every single one of them she answered with such precision and knowledge. It blew my mind, (that was amazing)… then something fantastic and unexpected happened...she asked me if i wanted a Coke, Sprite, Water, or Wine??!!! WWHAAAATTT?! Now I know what you are thinking, I thought the same thing. It is complementary… now is it hidden in their costs when they tell you how much your services were.. maybe , are you paying for the nice decor inside… maybe…. BUT, i do not mind paying a little more for excellent service, and a place that is so clean and comfortable.
As she got my Coke for me, i soaked my hands to remove old gel powder.
She must have known I was super nervous or something because she interrupted my train of thought and told me i could ask her any questions that she would answer them all and if she did not know an answer she could find an answer me.
THAT IS SO AMAZING.
That i did i asked her more questions about the product she was using, what it was made of, where is it made, how do they buy it, where they bought it from, since everyone fingers go in the same container (depending on the color you choose) couldn’t someone get a fungus or something similar… I mean i asked every question you could think of.
She assured me that is they saw anything that could potentially harm or make someone else ill, that they would not continue and suggest another way. That they would separate some of the color they wanted so it would not affect others. That was such a relief.
Now she is doing the thing the whole time, and it was such a great experience.
It truly was. At that time. We were finished and i loved it so much. My technicians name is CINDY. I asked for the Owner of the establishment, however she was not available; but Cindy did a wonderful job and cannot wait to go back and get my nails done again!!!!!!!!! Will be writing another review once i get a pedicure there. : )

My friend and I had the day off, so I called and made an appointment. Got there early and she had us soak as usual. Amazing and detailed. She took her time like she always does. LOVE IT!

This is not the usual place I go but I thought I would give it a try...worst mistake ever. The tech cut all of my fingers but 2. Halfway through my hands were hurting so much I just wanted to leave. Ended up paying full price even those I left hurt and bleeding. Will never be back.
