I’ve been going to this nail salon for three years & my nails are done perfect every single time. They are extremely clean & the owner knows all the new styles for nails .

The WORST experience EVER for a Brazilian bikini wax. The woman let a clump of wax set up on part of my hair then tried to rip it off after it was cool. Then she added more wax on top of the already set-up piece of bikini wax to take off the hair. I was crying and telling her I needed to wash off the old wax. She insisted that an oil would take it off which it didn't really. She had to cut off the cold, matted. Terrible experience.

They’re not the friendliest people, but they did make sure my nails looked nice. The place is nice & clean too.

My husband and I walked in to get pedicures. It was his first one so I was excited for him to have a great experience. The guy who did my nails barely did any callous removing, only doing one side of my foot and not the other which I thought was strange. I don’t have much callous but I do like to be even. My husband’s lady did a great job at clipping his nails and cleaning them. All was good, for the price of $20 each. When I went to pay, I used cash and left the cash tip on the table for both of them, since the girl rushed away to do another lady’s nails. After sitting for a few mins to dry my toe nails, we walked out. We were then chased outside by his lady who was saying something to my husband. He couldn’t understand so I asked her to repeat it. She literally said to me, “You forgot to tip.” I have never in my life been so rudely chased after to ask for a tip, which has always been optional. She had to say it twice before I could gather my composure and tell her politely that I did tip them and that it was on the table. I’ve worked in the food industry and know what it’s like to live off tips, but I know that the nail salon workers actually get paid per hour and tips are just a bonus. Their work was good, but I will never return. It was just rude in my opinion.
