I was lucky enough to catch Vivian in between clients as a walk-in. I had a regular manicure and pedicure and was very pleased with both. Vivian worked meticulously and did not rush. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience as well as getting to know Vivian. I highly recommend.

This appears to be a well-known place for locals.
While I was there, walk-ins are welcome if she has the availability; otherwise, it is best to book an appointment.
She was very considerate and often reiterated what I wanted. I was rather peculiar as a client, because I did not want my nails being painted nor did I want "full service" on my hands and feet. All I wanted was for my previous polish to be removed, nails trimmed, and cuticles cleaned up.
My experience was positive. Despite my request, she accommodated, going so far as to do my texting hand first as I was messaging clients while she completes my other hand.
It was nice of her to share more about her background and family.
Thank you for the good experience. I will be back.

I just called Tomball Nails to ask a price and a question about different styles of nails the lady was very rude ...and of course didn't seem to understand my questions either. So to have 5 stars I don't see how...
I would highly recommend some customer service skill training to this staff !
If you get the service inside that you do over the phone you'd definately be disappointed !
If you can't talk to me over the phone as a customer and be respectful and satisfy your customers I sure wouldn't want your service Tomball Nails !
