Went here for months and had the BEST technician names Don. Called to schedule again and they advised they had a "new improved Don" and he was "much much better" ... Biggest BS ever!! Kept an open mind and 1 hour and 40 minutes later I finally got out with my dip manicure 🤪 to only schedule another manicure at another nail salon to get the sh!t mess taken off and redone!! What a waste!! I miss the ole Don and BYE Venetian, you have seen the last of me!! It was good while Don lasted! He was the BEST but I won't be back unless he is back!!

Amazing service, always do an amazing job on nails! Kimberly is the absolute sweetest! Never going anywhere else :)

The real problem with this salon is the manager Kimberley. On one visit I observed she was clueless to entering services correctly into computer. My 2nd visit I had an appointment scheduled with a specific tech. He was not there and Kimberley left another nail tech to inform me. No apology. No discount. No nothing. 100s of nail salons, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere! I’ve never been treated so rudely!

Lance was an awesome nail tech! :) This salon has been the nicest one I’ve ever been to.
