I wish 0 stars was an option. This place is the worst, my sister and I went here and I called and made a manicure and pedicure appointment for 2 and asked how long it should all take and I was told an hour(we ended up being there for 3 hours). When I asked for a french pedicure I got all white toes.... then tried to explain I wanted a french manicure with white tips and I got surrounded by different employees yelling at me! Then my sister and I had our toes drying and when I made the appointment it was for a manicure and pedicure , when we walked in I said we were there for a manicure and pedicure, and when my sister and I sat down we told them what we wanted on our toes AND our nails, but we were sitting there for 45 minutes waiting to get our manicure which they proceeded to tell us it was our fault for waiting because we didn't say we wanted a manicure... maybe I should've brought a sign saying what I wanted then MAYBE they'd know. After it was brought to their attention we were getting a manicure the lady sat us down, but started helping a customer who just walked in the door, so we were just gonna pay for the pedicure and leave, but then she said she'd do our nails. While my nails were "drying" my sister went to pay and the guy told her $80 and she handed him $80 and he put it in the register and then proceeded to tell her she did not pay $80 and she only paid $70 but it was in the register now so she just handed him an extra $10. At this point we just wanted to leave and after my nails were finished drying we left and right away they both got messed up.. my toes were drying for 3 hours and were super tacky and my french manicure is STILL tacky and indents when something hits it and its now been 24 hours later. We went back inside and asked for a partial refund just because their service sucked and my nails sucked and the guy said he'd give me $40 back but then only gave $20 and they just laughed at my sister as she was just trying to say what she had an issue with and they didn't care to help at all and told us it was our fault.

DO NOT GO HERE There were many problems I had today and I am very unhappy with my experience. My friend went here and they shaped her nails nice but also not as long as she wanted, so I went and tried myself hoping to be happy with the nail shape and size. The customer service was terrible. I wanted long acrylic nails for senior prom, my special day and the only prom I’ll ever go to, and they told me the length I wanted was “too long” (i didn’t want them ridiculously long at all, but he insisted on making them short and refused to let me have desired length.) Aren’t you suppose to do what the customer is happy with? I mean I have seen people get their nails done and not have them cut down at all. Not sure what his problem was with MY nails, he won’t have to wear them so he should not have any say in how long or short I want. I spent two hours in the chair, most of the time unattended. In these two hours 3 different workers came to do my nails. I had to explain to them each time what color, shape etc I wanted. The gel polish was cheap and streaky. Lastly, I wanted gems on top of my nails and they failed to understand even when I showed a picture and they ended up putting a sparkle nail polish on. This was 42$ and I am extremely upset. Now my nails look really bad and cheap for prom, for the price of nice pretty nails. I am very insecure about them . 0/10 recommend. Not to mention the man doing them last called over another guy and they were talking to each other in their language and laughing looking at me. Very rude and uncomfortable. Can’t believe they kept leaving me and couldn’t just get my nails done in one straight through session. Also he wasn’t even looking at nails when filing and was sitting there filing my actual finger I had to tell him that wasn’t even my nail! I’m very upset, wish I could get my money back.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. My little sister took me here for my birthday and everything about the experience was awful. It took 3 hours to get a manicure and pedicure even when we made an appointment and they were not busy at all. For her pedicure my sister asked for a French manicure and got her whole nail painted white and when she tried to tell them it was not what she asked for they gathered around and one man gave her such a hard time and yelled at her that she asked wrong when she had clearly explained she wanted white tips. Once our pedicures were done we sat to wait for our manicures. After waiting and them taking people who came in after us we finally said we were leaving to go somewhere else so one girl said she would be able to give us our manicures then. They said we should have told them we wanted manicures which we did, 3 times, so not sure how else we were supposed to say it. My sister had gotten the same white nail polish on her fingers and toes, the nail polish didn't dry even after we were there for well over 2 hours, it stayed tacky and was indented if it touched something. Finally when I complained about everything to the one man I got told after each complaint that it was our fault and that if we paid more for the gel manicure it would have dried all the way. I've been to other places and nail polish dries no matter what kind you get, my nails dried so how is it our fault that her's didn't. When I tried to pay and asked how much it would be the guy gave me 3 different prices before saying it was $40 each, I paid in cash and he told me after giving him the money and him putting it in the register that I paid him $10 less than I did and that I still owed more. After walking out to our car the white part of my sister's finger nails had instantly got messed up, just like the white nail polish on her toes it stayed tacky after giving it plenty of time to dry. We went back in and I asked for a refund for her nails but the man I spoke to laughed at me for each complaint I brought up. It's one thing to not want to give a refund but to laugh at a customer is super rude. They went back and forth about refunding us and when I said I wanted the $40 back due to her manicure and pedicure being ruined and us being there for 3 hours they only would give $20 due to it being "our fault" for waiting and for her nails not drying (again, her pedicure had been drying for 2 hours at this point). Everything was a mess, I never write reviews or am one to complain but this place is a scam and their customer service is terrible, do not go here!

My granddaughters and I all get our nails done here. The staff is excellent. The place is always clean. They are great with all the customers.
