Awesome staff! I planned a consult from Tennessee, and flew in for an evaluation. Ordered extentions and within a couple of days I had beautiful micro links installed by Angie. I also got samples, tools, tips, advice, aftercare, and a warm welcome back if I ever needed a touch up! Great salon, amazing experience. Thank you ladies!

Permanent eyebrows- Carla did an amazing job, I love them! I've had so many compliments on day 1 already. Carla made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She applied numbing cream anytime I felt like I needed it. I'm so glad I finally did this and am looking forward to getting more permanent makeup done. Thanks so much I absolutely love them!!!

Made appointment with Angie for 2pm I arrived about 10 minutes early and Angie was not there . I was told that they texted her and after that I sat there till after 2 and was ignored. I then left Hard to get a good review when you think you're too good to show up for your appointments. Toppers salon was glad to take me. And made a new customer

Just left there crying...let me explain. I am a cancer patient. My hair has always been long, I have trimmed it myself.. as an adult I have maybe spent 4hrs in any "Salon". I have never colored it, highlighted it, etc.
And now, for the first time in my life I find myself with short hair that "I have to do something with".
On line reviews look good, so go out of my area to make apt. I have pictures and a blonde wig in hand..this is how I want my hair...blonde, with even blonder highlights...my hair is ash Brown with lots of natural blonde and other browns mixed. I have beautiful hair that looks a bit 'drab' from being short, hence wanting to go blonde for a while..til it grows out.
Ok we decided on all over blonde color(whatever process, I don't know?) With lighter highlights on top of that. Great. We go back to the chair and lady pulls out color swatches and here's where we fell apart. She keeps pointing to a light brown, about the same color as a lot of the brown already in my hair..? I wanted to be blonde under.. With lighter highlights. She says I shouldn't bleach my hair? What? Ok, if that's what we discussed...remember I don't understand the salon lingo...foils, highlights, bleach, dye...all the same thing to me, so I keep pointing to the blonde swatches I wanted, and she kept talking to me about the process.. That I didn't understand (or care about..I just wanted what I wanted) then she says I can't highlight if I do it that way...so I'm like what did we discuss...I showed you a picture of what I wanted and had a wig! She says she won't help me...and the other girl chimes in. So she is slightly better at explaining some of this stuff, and tells me as she stands there as a blonde, with highlights..even though darker than I was looking to go, that she is a natural black haired gal..as she's explaining that the color you start with means you can only go so light...ok...my hair is light brown going to blonde, and your salon can't do it, but this gal explaining it to me, coming from black hair, that has slightly darker hair than what I am looking for. So on the scale of how much you can change to lighter, I should have been just fine.
By then I was apologizing that I didn't know the lingo...I don't understand why you cant make my hair blonde that's all I want....the first gal made me feel like I was horrible for asking questions and then she walked out on me...
She insisted on the color, and basically said "no" to any color I picked out, then why did she bring out the swatches? She wanted me to have brown roots and I didn't.

Chris has been doing my hair and I love love love the cut and color. I get compliments all the time about my hair. I highly recommend Chris to everyone, she is amazing.
