Arlette is wonderful - she is sweet and kind and enjoyable to be around which was important to me since I had to spend over 4hrs. with her while she straightened my hair. And let me tell you, I walked out of the salon with the straightest hair I have ever seen; my hair was just the way she promised it would be. Best of all, not once did she try to sell me on any of the products in the store. When she suggested that I use a sulfate free shampoo, her recommendation of where to find it was not necessarily in a salon but I could probably find it in a local Target, Walmart or something similar to that.
Don't get me wrong, the straightening of my hair was definitely not cheap, I would say the pricing was on the higher end but I can say it was well worth it; I know that the Japanese straightening will keep for a long time.
When I made my appointment with Arlette to get my hair straightened I was very nervous. It was to my understanding that if she made any mistakes on my hair, it could be terribly damaged for years to come. Thank goodness I chose to go to Arlette, she has over 11 years of experience - that in its self makes me feel very comfortable.

Such a relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful salon. The stylists are so talented and carry a positive energy to their clients and throughout the salon! Love this place

I've been having my hair cut and colored by Stacy for a very long time. There were a few years when she was affiliated with a salon that was too far away, but then we ran into each other at a shopping center and we picked up where we left off. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The salon itself is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I moved from Encinitas to Fallbrook and I have no intentions of going anywhere else (even though it would be a lot closer)!!!!

Khepri is the one to see!!!! She always gives my hair the attention it needs. She is great at exploring new looks! I change my hair style frequently and she is always up to date on the new looks, she is professional and just great with hair! I always leave the saloon feeling and looking amazing! I would recommend Khepri to everyone!
