I made an appointment for a simple manicure. The place has a beautiful interior but that’s as good as it gets. I was led to the sitting area and was not told or asked what color samples to use to pick my color. The lady that worked with me did not speak to me at all unless I asked her a question. It was very quick with two coats of color. Then she said to wait 5 minutes then she never returned. I waited almost 15 minutes and my nails messed up before I got down the road. I went right back to have them fixed and was treated worse!!!! Not worth my time or money... if you do not make everyone feel special and pampered they will not be back to spend money in your facility....

Gorgeous set up with a bar, doesn’t look like a typical nap salon. I can appreciate that for sure, but the main reason I am there is to get a good nail job and I paid top dollar for a shellac manicure that chipped only 3 days later and 2 nails broke less than a week after because my nails were filed so aggressively.
I have to say I won’t be going back. Although I can appreciate the atmosphere at the end of the day I want a nail job that will last.

Only one star so I can share. I initially gave a great review but after waking up the next day I regret that! Horrible waxing, patches everywhere..skin looks like I shaved...I spent 150 plus 30 for a tip! Awful! Never get waxed here!

I’ve been going since they have opened and love it. Great service and everyone is very friendly. My nails and toes always look great no matter who does them.

In addition to the beautiful, calming, spa/retreat like atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have always done a great job on my SNS manicure & pedicure!
