I was in town and have an event to go to this weekend and needed to get a new set and a pedicure. I called in to see if I needed to set up an appointment or if walk ins were fine and they said both were fine. The pedicure I got was fine, nothing to spectacular about it. BUT when they started on my new set on the other hand, first off when the lady went through to cut my old tips off she didn't pay attention to the skin that grows underneath and cut not one, not two but THREE of my fingers. She proceeded to clean it up with alcohol but not very well. She apologized and then another woman, whom I assume was the owner finished up my nails. Now if I hadn't have an event coming up I would've left, but that wasn't the case. So I'm sitting in the chair and three of my fingers are bleeding and everyone is acting like nothing happened. No one tried to Converse with me and everyone was to distracted with whatever show was playing on the TV or conversing amongst eachother. Unprofessional.
