I have been here on and off over the years. To be honest I was never 100% sold on it until today. Lam is the women who helped me and I must say she is amazing! I did not wait very long to be helped even though they were busy. Lam really took her time with me. I got a gel manicure and she made me so relaxed through out the whole process. I recently went to another salon in the area and they just rushed through every step. Lam did not, she made me relaxed and even gave me an arm, hand, shoulder, and neck massage at the end. I will continue to go back to Lam for all my services now.

customer service needs so much work!!
They do not take appointments serious nor the order in which you come in. They just pick and choose who they want to help out next, you could be waiting there for hours. I was coming here for over a year I liked it but never loved it, then it just started getting worse. Plus the rush on your nails so much that at the end the wait and pay is not even worth it at all. They do not have set prices, they will tell you a price, then when they are done they will charge you a whole different price.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLL!

This place not only has awesome customer service and great services, they also provide beautiful nail artwork. Plus their gel nail paint lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went with my daughter & she is in foot cast. They ignored her. She told them she wanted a pedicure & one tech said she couldn't help her, turned & rolled her eyes. She could of been given a foot tub. No one tried. Horrible. If you have a disability, do not come here.
