It doesn't matter which nail tech I go to, everyone does a great job and they are also super quick. This has been my best nail salon experience in the area. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer, coming here since they first opened and loved the work they do, but it's just not worth the bad service anymore. I always book my nail appointments a week or more ahead of time. The last three times they either never wrote my appointment down and the nail tech I requested isn't there, or I have to wait 40+ minutes when I made an appointment far in advance. I don't feel they value their customers because if they did this wouldn't happen continuously. The salon owner/manager (Nikki) is extremely rude to customers and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. This last visit is what pushed me to write a review. I waited 40+ minutes for my appointment and then when I went to pay for my nails he told me the price and then ended up charging me $5 extra dollars. Instead of offering to refund me the $5 he took it as tip. That's not right to just take gratuity when it was not given willingly. I walked out of the salon so frustrated and disappointed, and that's not how one should feel after leaving a nail appointment. This last visit was the final straw, I will no longer come to this nail salon. There are too many other salons out there that will treat you better.

I have been going there for a long time to Bella and really liked her but last time I tried to make an appt and I gave 3 different days they ended up hanging up on me because they were too busy to work with me. I found new place that is really nice in SanTan. I won't be back to New Moon.

This place is clean, bright and has a modern atmosphere. They have good music playing in the background, which makes it an enjoyable experience. It is best to make an appointment for your service, because New Moon is popular and can get very busy. I am never disappointed with the end result; they shape and execute any style I've wanted, beautifully.

I have a hard time finding a nail salon that I like. I am super picky and very indecisive...lol. I saw Christine and just told her I wanted something fun and cute for Halloween. She showed me a couple pictures of things she had done and I said they looks great...whatever you want to do! And I LOVE them! She has 2 new customers now!! Thank you Christine!!
