Teddy is a great nail tech apart from that both stores at this location are garbage when it comes to customer service or class. I had my nails done two days ago spent 80 and rhinestones I had came off so I went to just have the rest of them removed on two fingers and have them re polished. I was not upset about the rhinestones falling off.. Upon my arrival at 8:30 they refused to assist and told me to come back the next day I let them know I’m unable to. Because according to them teddy does special things with gel topcoat.. I could have done it myself had I been given the opportunity. There was no one in the store apart from one lady getting her eyebrows done and two more nail techs one of them by the name of Kim I think said “she cannot do” and the rest pretended they couldn’t speak English as they continued to discuss me in their own language. I have been going there for months so I am able to read the mannerisms and I know for a fact that they both spoke english. I went to the next store in the mall. My guess is they called the other store and told them not to do my nails either.. This is not the first time I have had them be rude to me. As a customer that spends 80 to 100 plus tips almost every 2 weeks they can count on the fact that I will NEVER spend any money at their stores. I’ve been meaning to give a real review since the last time that woman was rude to me but I valued my Relationship with my nail tech more than I wanted to leave a review.

I went to this nail salon three times. The first time I had a good experience. The second time they wouldn’t take me on the basis that there wasn’t enough time, yet there was plenty of time. This last time I went, I go in after a long day of work to get some shellac off and just get my nails painted. I’ve had bad experiences with removal of shellac so I kindly told the nail lady to make sure to get it all off. She got defensive and upset and told me she knew was she was doing. I got upset too so we had a bit of a discussion, because she is rude !!!! What happen to having respect for your customers!?! I’m just trying to get my nails done !!! I know that me not going to their nail salon is not going to kill them in terms of money, but I can assure you I will never go to this nail place again!!

They did a great job on my nails and the spa pedicure chair and warm bubbly water was comfy. If you are in a hurry though, tell them..because they take their time..which is nice.

Below Mediocre and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time on the deluxe pedicure because there was no difference in service. 99% of my pedicure was spent talking in their language about getting her haircut and prices from another customer. No thank, good bye or even go to hell was said once she finished.

I rarely review anything on the internet and if I do, it's usually because I had a really good experience. The opposite is true for Deja Vu nails. I walked in here twice - the first time I was told it would take too long to take of my powder gel manicure. Knowing this can be true and a bit put out, I went in search of the other nail spa in the mall. Unfortunately, this other spot was full and didn't offer powder gel. So I begrudgingly returned to Deja Vu nails. By this time they have one customer who is Caucasian. Seeing me for the second time (I only returned because I'm visiting and have limited options) I was told in no uncertain terms that they were too busy to help me. I could see several open chairs and only one customer but they were too busy to help a black woman. . . If they only knew their loss in turning away the business of a whole race of women. Sounds like foolishness to me.
