My daughter and I spent a very relaxing time having our nails done. My gel nails lasted about 3 weeks (probably would still be great if I hadn't hit two fingers with a hammer) our toes still look great. The ladies at the front counter where so helpful and polite.

Usually, as busy as this place is I never wait more than 15 minutes to be attended. This time however, I waited 40 minutes for a classic pedicure. My daughter who went in with me for artificial nails was done before i was even attended to. I’d be understanding if the clerk had at least gave me notice of wait time but didn’t. Next, I was never even offered a beverage. And last, when they finally got around to providing service, the attendant cut my toe as seen in the picture. It did not stop bleeding throughout the whole service. No apology was intended at all. I’m never going to this place again.

My nail broke the the same day. They did not want to fix my nail or help me. I will never go back there again. The other nails looked great

I've been going there for awhile. At first I was ok with the subpar service. But the last couple of times i went in I would see something new and I would be told oh that is for only a few of our customers that get that service.... Well if I am willing to pay for it then should I be told that??? They are rude and impatient with my 5 year old daughter when she does not sit perfectly still. If you do go I highly recommend Adriana.

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. My friend and I got the dip/gel done. Mike rushed through doing my nails in 15-20 minutes and moved on to another customer without saying a word. I had to ask three times for him to remove areas of black nail polish that was stained on my skin. In just a week my nails are chipped and the polish is peeling off. Usually the dip/gel lasts me 2-3 weeks. So disappointed.
