Great place I always get my money's worth they usually have time to accommodate me when I come without an appointment. Love the massage chairs. Great selection of color. Really close to home. Always friendly accommodating.

VERY RUDE! NO MATTER WHAT DAY OR TIME IT IS, EVEN IF THEY HAVE ONE CUSTOMER THERE THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE TIME! IVE TRIED GOING IN ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND NEVER BEEN HELPED. THEY DONT EVEN ASK FOR YOU TO COME BACK AT A LATER TIME. I KIND OF FELT LIKE MAYBE THEY DONT WANT BLACK PEOPLE AT THEIR SHOP... MYSELF BEING BLACK AND BEING TURNED DOWN EVERY TIME!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING THERE!

Very rude. This is the second time I've tried going here because of the convenience of being on Greenbank. Do not go here!! I completely understand that nail shops may be at time busy but is Friday @4pm. 2 manicurist & 2 customers she told me she was full. Not even an 30, or 45 min wait. This is woman at the first desk to the right! Do not go here. This is not the first time this has happened.
