Place is clean and up kept nicely. There's an ATM, but they take cards, too. I've never had to wait long. Everyone has always been very nice.
I absolutely adore Kari. I've never been a person to have "my stylist" or always ask for the same person until I moved here and Kari cut my hair.
I have really thick, wavy hair. The wrong cut can be the difference between a fuzzy triangle and a Vidal Sassoon commercial. Describing this phenomena to a new stylist is not always easy.
As soon as Kari started cutting she kind of laughed and said "Your hair is telling me what it wants" and bam - perfect haircut and loyal client until we PCS.
Everyone else there has always been super nice. I've heard them talk clients through color changes that will take longer, but won't fry their hair, recommend tweaks to hair care because of damage they observed, give tips on how to handle a new 'do, etc.

They were able to get me in as a walk in. Very friendly place. Clean salon. Haircut was exactly the way I wanted it. I only got a wash and cut this time but I would try other services there in the future and would recommend to others. Price was reasonable. Not much more than a hair cuttery or fantastic sams I'd say.
