I'd had a bad experience because the stylists/technicians were too busy talking to each other and watching football rather then talk to their client in the chair right across from them.
The stylist wouldn't listen to a thing I asked. My nails were very sharp on the bottom and I asked him to file them down and he told me they were fine.
Not happy at all.

I went to get a manicure today and my friends and I all got bad service. I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could. They were rushing and hurt all our finger nails and a few of my nails were not the same size and not filed properly. My sister had a nail much smaller then the other thumb and the man put a lot of pressure when doing my nails. If I’m paying $35 I expect them to do good and not rush because other customers arrive. NOT a happy camper, don’t go here.

Best nail salon in Sioux City. Always a friendly environment and amazing nails! I’ve been going for years and never been disappointed!
