I came in to help you with your online presence and ratings. My nail busted off and figured why not have them fix it. I obviously have coffin shaped nails and not square. The nail is too big for my nail bed. The store needs help and staff are in the back yelling and coming out yelling. I was told that they don’t have regular customers. Only customers they get are when snow birds are here.... sorry to say, you need to wake up. Over 20 nail shops in 5 mile radius. I will not be back and you are the most convenient and in a great location.

Do not spend your money with this nail shop they are rude. I walked in to get my eyebrows waxed 10 minutes after opening and she said, "we are busy." Not that it would be a 10-15 minutes wait. I understand they dont make much off or waxing but dont offer the service if you dont want to do it. She had one person getting a pedicure and one getting nails. No body waiting. I have been going here for 5 yrs getting manicures and pedicures and bring ing my children for their nails.They just lost a high paying customer from that one instance. Why would i want to spend a large amount of money with a place that wouldn't perform a small service? I went down to Paris Nails, not even a mile and got treated repsectfully for my small service. I will be going back to Paris nails.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
I had been looking for an open salon that wasn't an hour long wait for a last minute manicure and definitely should have listened to all the reviews. I sat down in the chair and after soaking my cuticles she started filing me nails and not only did she do them too short, but WAY too narrow as well..to the point i should have just walked out here. She then proceeds to painting them.. with bits and pieces of my OLD gel polish still on. She's painting them and the polish is going everywhere. I put it under the light to be cured and my thumb nails were so messed up she had to re do my left thumb twice and redo my right thumb THREE times and sat there talking whatever language to the others and motioned towards her thumb. After she sprayed acetone on my polish and left it there and then put lotion on top of it and rubbed all of it into my skin. The gel polish was ALL over my cuticles to the point my skin and nail was like one. At the end I walked out without tipping. My bf went back in to try and get my money back and come to find out the one who did my nails was the Manager !! The gentleman that sits at the front did the best he could to try and fix her mess up as she walked around the salon with an attitude and talking in Vietnamese or whatever. Didn't once apologize ! The white gentleman is the only thing this salon has going for them. The whole atmosphere is just off. Will NEVER be returning.

Always in a rush and seems like they never want to work. No wonder it's always empty.
