I would like to give a higher score but I must be honest. I've been here 2 times before & the service has truly declined. I saw several sanitation issues unfortunately AFTER I was already getting my toes polished from my pedicure. The pedicure tools should be sterilized/sanitized between each use - the tech dipped the scrubber & file in my pedi water, wiped w/a towel and then places back into the tray... White, chunky particles were floating in the scrub brush for your hands by the sink (not to mention there was only 1 brush to use)... I almost died!!!! Many of the techs are not well versed in English so I had to explain many times how I wanted my nails. I had to walk the techs through how to shape my nails, ask for polish to be cleaned off my fingers, there was no offer for water/beverage, & no real customer service - in fact, the staff talked amongst themselves in their native language the ENTIRE time and only yelled out "What do you need today?!" as customers walked in. They were also very slow... They open at 9am, 3 techs arrived at at 9:04am, I was getting a pedicure & refill and didnt leave until 11:30!! I would be willing to return here only with my own tools, polish, & ONLY if Mai (owner) is available to do my nails.

My 1st visit(2 weeks ago) was awesome. I had my eyebrows, manicure and pedicure done. Everything was good! But today..my 2nd visit..it was Awful! The same lady who did my eyebrows on my last visit..made them very thin this time. I usually have a woman do my pedicure but a man did it this time. He was rushing and didn't polish them right. He put too much polish on my toes, missing the sides of the nails and forgot to put a top coat on most of the toes. When I told him to take the polish off and do it again..(with an attitude)he did it worse than the first time. I was so frustrated, I left.. because I didn't want to start fussing with him or anyone in there. I will NOT be going there anymore! I took this pic when I left. Smh

Worst salon experience I have ever had. I called ahead and was told to come in. I was sat in a chair and ignored for 25 minutes. By the time the technician came over to me he was fired and flustered and rushed though. He hurt my feet multiple times and then used regular polish when I asked for gel. No one offered to correct his mistake because they had neglected their customers so long they were now more concerned with closing. He cleaned his utensils in my dirty foot water and put it back into a drawer/bin to seemingly use again. Dirty and rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible service!!! Today I decided to visit Queen Nail Salon because the shop I normally go to was closed. I will NEVER give this salon any of my time and money EVER! The were extremely rude and the service sucked. I paid for a fill in with gel polish. I left the salon pissed. While in the car the glitter gel polish I paid for was sliding off not even 5 minutes after I left the salon. I had to come back to the salon. They acted as if they didn't want to fix my nail polish. It was their mistake, the technician was in a rush, used reular polish although they charged me for gel. To make matters worse I am missing a nail, it completely broke and it hasn't even been a full day.

Damaged my nails beyond repair. Improperly applied acrylics have turned my nails yellow permanently.
