I live around the corner from this salon for years and never had services from them until yesterday. Let's just say if it wasn't for my regular nail tech being out of town they would have never gotten my business!!! They are utterly disrespectful and provide poor customer service. They seem to have no interest in catering to the customer, they are only concerned about the money. I went in for a simple polish change on my feet and it was our hell!!! They will not get my business EVER again. I will go without if they are my last option.

I paid them a visit on Saturday September 16, to pamper myself before my birthday. The young lady, who was servicing me, was 9 times out of 10 was a teenager. She had the audacity to get an attitude, and get slick out of her mouth because I requested her to change the polish on my toe nails due to the it being old. When I asked for the manager or the owner she told me they were busy, so I had to ask for them myself.
The gentlemen who was suppose to be the manager began talking to the young lady in their language, in fact three people spoke with her in their language, which I found to be offensive and very disrespectful, especially when all the employees speak English, and to add insult to injury they still wanted to get paid $7.00 dollars for services.
As a taxpayer, and resident of Miami Gardens since the age of 7, no patron should be disrespected, and treated like a second class citizen, and any business owners who don't know the importance of Customer Service, are simply not welcomed in my community, and will be boycotted right out of the community.

It's a nightmare this place. Over charge. Bad manners. HORRENDOUS COSTUMER SERVICE AND ITS DIRTY. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IM NEVER COMING BACK!!!

I've been coming here 2 years, and until Monday I've never been so disrespected. One of the staff is very racist, rude and completely out of pocket. I will be seeking legal action on her derogatory remarks.

Very bad customer service!!!I use to go to this nail salon all the time but ever since uncle joe passed away every one else don't have too much of a customer service pasona. I stopped by today the day before Mother's Day for a polish change at 7:34 and was told all the workers were tired and there not taking anyone else. I would assume that's apart of owning a business. Never will I step foot in there again.
