The technician that served my cousin was great, personable and funny. She did a great job. The technician that assisted me could have been a bit more personable but she did a good job on my nails. I will be doing back the prices are good and the technicians seem to know what they are doing.

Worst waxing ever...the wax was too hot and they ripped off more skin patches and less actual hair. Very disappointing. Will not be returning and wasting my money and torturing my skin like that ever again.

The customer service I just got from the owner at that was horrible!!!! I will never go back there again
