I’ve always had great experiences here. The staff are friendly and the massages (with different therapists) are excellent. Nice facilities and super comfy robes, too! Highly recommend.

Been going there for 5 years. Great atmosphere , great service and the staff is very friendly. I have been seeing Helena for men’s haircut and she’s always knock it out of the park. I have had hairdressers in the past where they mess up after the 2 or 3 cut becoming complacent. Not Helena. She’s very detail oriented and make sure you are satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about The Spa at Cinco Ranch, especially Sher! Sher has been SUCH a blessing in our lives, going above and beyond for our daughter who has health issues. Her professional and calm demeanor helps put my minor daughter at ease. The Spa is a welcoming and relaxing environment, and I consider it to be a great value for the services provided.

Ashley does a fantastic job on hair. I’ve had trouble finding someone to put natural looking highlights that give me some definition. Ashley nailed it! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Never walked out of a massage before, but this was by far the worst massage I've had. The areas to focus on were never addressed & the pressure was inconsistent & lacking. Still charged $115 for it all.
