I’ve gone to this salon multiple times and usually I’m very happy with the end result but I hate the fact that I have to choose one person out of the full salon to do my nails because they’re the only person I know can do them right. I usually have the guy do it but I let the old woman do it for the first time today and my nails are not only uneven by didn’t get at all what I asked for. Throughout the whole process I repeatedly told her I wanted them shorter ,I wanted them pointier, and I wanted a shiny coat but I got none of them I was not only charge $50 for basic sets of nails but the woman repeatedly not listen to me throughout the whole exchange. Won’t ever go again, making me pay $50 for nails like this! I wanted the nailed attached bellow and go nails not even worth 25 dollars

The man who opened up on Sunday was late and had us standing outside waiting. The place was dirty but I was in a rush to go to an event in two hours. I wanted a gel pedicure and gel full set. The price was nice but the lady who did my nail was the worst. They looked a mess. FYI: not untidy dirty. It was dirty as if they have not cleaned in months. It was dirt and trash everywhere. I am not sure if they clean the towels.

My card was charged more than listed price. When asked to sign receipt to leave tip, I was told it's okay. No need only to see a few days that my card was charged more than it was supposed to be. Always ask for a receipt.

Amazing! Tom was the only one there and I waited patiently to get my nails done . He takes his time no matter how crowded it may be . I love my nails eveeytime!!

I’m going to give it five stars because I haven’t had a service yet nonetheless I will update when my eyebrows are done! ☺️
