1) not sure if they really understand the pain. I found that every end of the carpet has nails. If you step on these you have to rush to urgent care. Just after one week of my move to the apartment, I requested them to fix. After several requests and follow up, finally one guy came and just touched them. At the end I had to fix whatever I could. 2) Since my kid is going to school, I didn't change to another apartment. Also because of job, I had to extend my lease for 3 months. They charged $50 more per month and another $20 or $30 per month. That amount is for short term lease. Then again I had to extend for another 3 months, they again did increase both amounts. So here I didn't understand why again they are increasing both. Now my neighbor who moved here is paying $200 less then what I am paying for same kind of apartment. 3) this summer the swimming pool was opened very lately. When we call, the answer is we are repairing. I really didn't see what repair was going on there. Even if it is there, why it could not be before. 4) since 7 months we are following up with them to fix the lights in tennis courts. Both tennis courts are maintained VERY poorly.

I live in these complexes about 3 months. The staff are very attentive, respectful, honest, professionals and very hard workers. I understood that they are new owners with new administration staff. Which are updating the apartments in its greatest capacity. The pool area is beautiful! They are very clean, quiet. Very excellent schools zone.

The maintenance team does a great job at responding to requests and projects around the property are getting done to make it look better. Things have definitely picked up since they got William the new supervisor. He's friendly and you can tell he really cares about your issues in your apartment. Aby and D (not sure of spelling) do a good job too! Keep it up guys!

I lived in the Arboretum Apartments from June 2017-2018 and needless to say the experience was not the "Luxury Living" I was expecting. When I toured the apartment the place was around 85F. I was assured that the air worked fine and the place was only hot to reduce power consumption while the place was vacant. All in all, it was about 3 weeks until I spent my first night in my new apartment because of a problem with the air and an unhelpful management staff. The only compensation I was offered for this was $100 off my rent if my girlfriend and I gave a positive review here on Google Maps. During the Winter we got a new owner and management which seems to be helping the situation. The new staff is much more friendly and attentive to problems. The maintenance staff is top notch and will work late to ensure you have a comfortable living experience. The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star review is for the positive outlook I have, given the new staff. Lastly, the apartment buildings themselves were not up to my standards. While I did have a spiral staircase and a loft that were really nice, the place had cheap countertops, old carpet, creaky floors, and a bathroom in desperate need of renovation. All in all I could have spent my $1300 a month for much better.

Great place as many of the shopping complex and grocery stores are nearby. Very friendly and supportive management team. Apartment is well planned.
