I will never return! I have never been so disrespected by a "professional" in my life. I paid $43 for a horrible acrylic overlay. Within 2 days I had chipping and lifting at the nail bed. When I addressed the issue I was told "no, they look fine" and "your standards are too high". When I am paying for a professional service my standards are high. If you are going to be rude, please excuse yourself from the customer service industry.

This place was absolutely TERRIBLE! Please don’t go there. When I first arrived there I had to ise the bathroom so instead of them letting me use theirs they told me to go NEXT DOOR TO THE LAUNDRY MAT. I should have took that as a sigh to STAY AWAY. My friend and I made an appointment for 3:45 and the lady there only took myself at 4:20. I had overgrown acrylics on that needed to be soaked off. My nail tec (he was a male I didn’t even care to ask for his name) used a nail drill but instead of using the one with the rough edges he used the buffer. He took about 5 mins for each nail. Okay so you know how when your nail grow out you can see a curved live from the the new growth and the acrylic starts. Well I guess he didn't know that was a thing and he thought that there was STILL acrylic on my nail and BUFFED all the way down until you could see my nail. I got up and left. Please DON'T waste your time!

They have no experience I went up there to get a no chip polish the next two days they polish was off a waste of 30$
