I asked them to take off my nails because my work didn’t allow them and they were trying to pry them off They had no idea what they were doing the lady tried using a acrylic nail to take my nails off, it hurt and when someone else came in she left me to go do their nails and just left me sitting there so I got up and walked out and my nails looked hideous
