Amazing!! I absolutely loved me stylist. I got a wash, deep condition, trim and blow dry. It was fantastic! I left feeling totally refreshed! My hair has been colored for more than three years so I’m trying to restore the softness and strength to it and this location restored my faith that I wouldn’t have to cut it all off. I used a Groupon, but I would definitely pay full price because they were fantastic!

Got my wife a gift card here and she went in to get her hair done and it turned out nothing like she asked for. She went in a second time because they said they would fix it and it was better but not what she was looking for. This place is pricey and doesn't seem worth it. She found a salon close to the house she likes better.

My hair stylist, Taylor H. always does an amazing job! She listens to what you want and always does her best to get it to what you requested. She’s also great about explaining every process so you know what to expect. Go see Taylor at Dolce Salon and Spa, you won’t regret it!

The higher level stylists can be fairly pricey but do yourself a favor and spring for someone like Kai. I’ve had her cut and style my hair several times now and each time I leave feeling like it was the best haircut of my life. She takes the time to understand what you want and how your hair grows before cutting. She’s meticulous and diligent while maintaining and calm, confident demeanor throughout your session.

Called in today to book a massage after I received an email from Dolce with a Wednesday promo $45 50 minute massage. I spoke to Frankie, who seemed really confused about their offers. I asked if I could book this as a couples massage and was told it would be an additional $10 per person. Then I was told it would have to be 60 minutes (I’m under the impression that a 50 minute means 50 minutes hands on and 10 for dressing/discussing the massage). When I asked if that was not what was meant no explanation could be given. I asked if the 60 was 60 minutes hands on then .. “no” was the response. Then he stated he would ask a manager if they could book the 50 minutes under the couples massage. I was then told no, it had to be 60 and that the 60 minute is $85 plus the $10 per person for the companion room. So for 10 more minutes the price doubles but you’re not given 60 minutes either? Frankie’s response was that tomorrow is a promo for the $45, when I asked how much it normally is, I was told $85. AWFUL customer service and obviously the people answering the phones have 0 idea how massages work or how their promos work. Hopefully you guys get it together Dolce, I’ve always enjoyed going to you and you’ve already had to close all your other locations it’s becoming not worth the drive to have bad customer service when there’s so many other choices right in the area.
