I wanted my hair a beeline honey blonde and she didn't listen to me at all.. she just bleached it.. and said that was it. That she couldn't put blonde over it because it wouldn't work.. and then her daughter tried to say I couldn't bleach certain spots because my hair would fall out.. I won't be returning here. They didn't listen when I told them what I wanted and I had to go home and spend more money at sallys beauty shop to dye my own hair. And on top of that it was $100 TO JUST BLEACH MY HAIR.. it turned out orange on bottom and platinum white on the top. It wasn't anything close to what I wanted.. and I could have bleached at home and paid so much less. Why would I spent $100 to bleach my hair at a shop?? I am HIGHLY UPSET.. my hairs still not the same color as I wanted it. I wasted $100 on nothing.. thanks for ruining my hair.. I cried because it was horrible. .
