horrible nail polish selection, made me wait just under an hour to get my nails done, called for customers to get their nails done before me even though i’d been waiting 20 minutes longer than them, started my nails and stopped in the middle to go do someone else’s nails, told my friend who was sitting next to me to move so the nail technician could do the other persons nails even though there were 4 other tables open, did and AWFUL job, if i would have known she would have done such an awful job i would have paid her to stay away from my nails, i always do my own nails and it gets tiring so i went to the salon to treat myself and i had to come home and redo them anyways. don’t waste your time and money here.

Love going to get my nails done at this place people are so sweet and careing, me and my granddaughter love getting our nails and pedicures done there all the time I highly recommend this place

Worst experience with a nail salon. I would never go back. Lady did a poor job with my nails. She barely shaped them and the polish was sloppy. Asked for the matching color for my toes, when the bottle came out I pointed out that the colors did not match yet they proceeded to paint my toes. It wasn’t until after the last coat and I placed my hands next to my toes did they realize they did not match and reluctantly offered to repaint them. Horrible service! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere

I will not be going back. I went for the first time as soon as they opened at 11am a few days ago. I was in a hurry but chose not to rush them. Another lady came in already demanding to be seen as I had my feet soaking for a pedicure. Because of her rudeness they chose to service her first. I didn't appreciate that first of all.
My daughter and I were both having pedicures and manicures. When the lady finally got to my nails she ripped my cuticles up so badly they started bleeding. When I said something to her about it she acted like she didn't see it and then told me not to worry she would put alcohol on it. Good but burnt pretty bad. The other lady doing my daughter's nails asked if we would come back again and I told her not likely. She said for us to come again and she would do better.
So then it came time to pay. I was offered no discount for being pushed out of line and nothing for my torn cuticles. Then she gives us a business card (2) and stamped each one and told us if we came back so many times and got a stamp we would get a discount. Hmm.....No. why not give me at least one card with two stamps since I just spent over a $100 dollars. I was getting my nails done for my sister's wedding which was the next day. Thanks for ruining them.

Great Job!!! Lori is excellent. The staff is amazing and facility clean and welcoming. Always respectful and kind.
