I love Sally’s. My husband and I use their generic line of brand name hair products and love them. The employees are always most helpful too.

Store hours states 9pm on Google and also on the voice recording,I arrived at 7:58pm on Tuesday April 10,they had the door locked and refused to let me in while a customer was at the register. If they are choosing to close at 8 that needs to be made clear on ALL of this specific store's information. Definitely not a good look.

Its great you have friendly workers however that guy has no clue what he pretends he knows & that girl W needs some customer service skills you donr walk off in the middle of helping a customer to say bye to another co-worker nor take your sweet time ringing people up when you got a line. I never seen anyone work so slow in my life. I put my stuff back & walked out.

Very impressed with the message of the bag. The lady was courteous and helpful. She was very patient and assist with answering questions about the items of my interest. I couldn't decide which brand to purchase but the clerk suggested, if I'm not happy with the product, just bring it back.👍 She stated, some items are refundable and some are not such as the hair pieces etc. Also, she took the time to explain the $5 Sally club card. So, I decided to sign up. I was giving a coupon up to 15 to 25 percent off for my next purchase. So far, the best customer services in SoCal area.

Rude and unhelpful male worker. Don’t know if he’s trying to be funny or thinks he’s witty but it comes across as condescending and not helpful at all. Very dismissive attitude and usually out of stock of most items.
